In addition to his 30+ years of residential real estate experience, Terry has built a strong presence in commercial real estate, working with a growing number of commercial clients and earning accreditations such as the CENTURY 21 Commercial Network designation. He has also leveraged his industry knowledge to develop shop condominiums in Bismarck, known as Runway 29—an exciting opportunity that merges his passion for real estate with business development while contributing to the community’s growth. Terry has been actively involved in the evolution of real estate in the Bismarck-Mandan area. In 1999, he served on the Bismarck-Mandan Board of Realtors committee that transitioned property listings from a monthly printed book to an online MLS database, revolutionizing how real estate is bought and sold. In 2024, he was honored to return to the Board as Vice President.
